Shipping and General Return Conditions

Product Shipping

Product shipping will be carried out via courier or post within the territory of Romania, or personally within the municipality of Satu Mare by the producers, for orders of minimum 100 RON.

  • Shipping Cost: The standard shipping cost is borne by the Client. Shipping is free only under the conditions mentioned above (Satu Mare, orders over 100 RON).
  • Confirmation: For every order, the Producer (AGRO TEBECS SRL) will contact the client to confirm all details regarding the order, stock, and shipping method.

General Return Conditions

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without stating any reason and without bearing any costs other than the initial delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning Goods or withdrawing from a Service expires within 14 days from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the products.

  • Refund of Value: The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products and their inspection to ensure they are in their initial condition.
  • Payment Method: The refund is made via bank transfer to the client’s account.
  • Acceptance Conditions: Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received: sealed (with intact packaging).
  • Refusal of Return: Returns of products that have been used, unsealed, or tested will not be accepted, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
  • Packaging: Returns must be made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, and all documents with which the product was delivered.
  • Return Costs: The Consumer only bears the direct costs related to the initial delivery of the products, while the Supplier (Producer) bears the costs of returning them.

Mandatory Notifications

  • Damaged Products: In the case of damaged products, the Client must inform the Supplier in writing within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the products, regarding the intention to return them and the reasons behind this intention (at the email address: comenzi@delicisanatoaselaraft.ro).
  • Return Without Notification: Products returned without prior written notification to the Supplier will not be accepted and will have to be paid in full by the Client.

Damages Due to Shipping

Loss or damage to products during shipping must be communicated to the Supplier within one day from the delivery date, indicating partial or total non-receipt of the products. In the absence of any notification, the products will be considered delivered and received in good condition.
