- 1 Jar of Beans in Tomato Sauce (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Can of tuna in oil or water (thoroughly drained)
- 1/2 Small red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Red bell pepper (diced) 🌶️
- Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice 🍋, salt, and pepper.
- Fresh chopped parsley 🌿
