- 1 Can of Beans in Tomato Sauce (drained and RINSED)
- 2 Tablespoons of Tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Clove of garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon 🍋
- 1 Teaspoon of fresh chopped rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
