Meatless Bean Chili (Vegetarian):

A comforting, rich-flavored recipe that warms you up. Our canned beans shorten the cooking time to a minimum!

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

  • 1 Jar of Beans 🫘
  • 1 Large onion (chopped)
  • 1 Green or red bell pepper (diced) 🫑
  • 400g Canned diced tomatoes 🥫
  • 200 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons oil

  • Prep: 10 minutes
  • Cooking: 35 minutes
  • Total: 45 minutes

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté: In a large pot, sauté the onion and bell pepper in oil until softened (7–8 minutes).
  2. Season: Add the chili powder and cumin, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer: Pour in the diced tomatoes and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add Beans: Stir in the beans. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

💡 Serving Suggestion:

Adjust for salt and pepper. Serve hot, optionally topped with a dollop of sour cream (or a vegan alternative).
