Shipping and General Return Conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n

Product Shipping<\/span><\/h2>\n

Product shipping will be carried out via <\/span>courier or post<\/span><\/strong> within the territory of Romania, or personally within the municipality of Satu Mare by the producers, for orders of <\/span>minimum 100 RON<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Shipping Cost:<\/span><\/strong> The standard shipping cost is <\/span>borne by the Client<\/span><\/strong>. Shipping is free only under the conditions mentioned above (Satu Mare, orders over 100 RON).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Confirmation:<\/span><\/strong> For every order, the <\/span>Producer (AGRO TEBECS SRL)<\/span><\/strong> will contact the client to confirm all details regarding the order, stock, and shipping method.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    General Return Conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The Buyer has the right to <\/span>return a product within 14 calendar days<\/span><\/strong>, without stating any reason and without bearing any costs other than the initial delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34\/2014, the period for returning Goods or withdrawing from a Service expires within <\/span>14 days<\/span><\/strong> from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the products.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Refund of Value:<\/span><\/strong> The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of <\/span>14 days<\/span><\/strong> from the receipt of the products and their inspection to ensure they are in their initial condition.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Payment Method:<\/span><\/strong> The refund is made via bank transfer to the client’s account.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acceptance Conditions:<\/span><\/strong> Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received: <\/span>sealed (with intact packaging)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Refusal of Return:<\/span><\/strong> Returns of products that have been used, unsealed, or tested will not be accepted, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Packaging:<\/span><\/strong> Returns must be made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, and all documents with which the product was delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Return Costs:<\/span><\/strong> The Consumer only bears the <\/span>direct costs<\/span><\/strong> related to the initial delivery of the products, while the Supplier (Producer) bears the <\/span>costs of returning them<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Mandatory Notifications<\/span><\/h2>\n

      • Damaged Products:<\/span><\/strong> In the case of damaged products, the Client must inform the <\/span>Supplier in writing within a maximum of 48 hours<\/span><\/strong> of receiving the products, regarding the intention to return them and the reasons behind this intention (at the email address: <\/span>comenzi@delicisanatoaselaraft.ro<\/span><\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Return Without Notification:<\/span><\/strong> Products returned without prior written notification to the Supplier <\/span>will not be accepted<\/span><\/strong> and will have to be paid in full by the Client.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Damages Due to Shipping<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Loss or damage to products during shipping must be communicated to the Supplier within <\/span>one day from the delivery date<\/span><\/strong>, indicating partial or total non-receipt of the products.
