General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n

Contracting Parties<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hereinafter, the manufacturer <\/span>AGRO TEBECS SRL<\/span><\/strong>, registered with the ORC under no. <\/span>J30\/538\/18.04.2019<\/span><\/strong>, CUI <\/span>41011392<\/span><\/strong>, with its registered office in <\/span>Ora\u0219u Nou Village, Ora\u0219u Nou Commune, no. 479 Satu Mare County<\/span><\/strong>, is referred to as the <\/span>Supplier<\/span><\/strong>, and any company, legal entity, or natural person involved in contractual relations with the Supplier is referred to as the <\/span>Client<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

General Conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n

Any contract based on the supply of products that are the subject of this site will be governed by these conditions. All orders placed by Clients are subject to these conditions. In the absence of a separate sale-purchase agreement concluded between the parties, the written order placed by the Client, together with these conditions, may serve as a contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices<\/span><\/h2>\n

The prices of the products on this site are expressed in <\/span>Lei, including VAT<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery and Payment<\/span><\/h2>\n

Payment is made upon delivery of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • For orders of a minimum of <\/span>300 Lei<\/span><\/strong>, delivery within the municipality of <\/span>Satu Mare<\/span><\/strong> will be <\/span>free of charge<\/span><\/strong> and handled directly by the Supplier.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For orders outside the municipality of Satu Mare, delivery will be made by express courier, with the shipping costs being <\/span>borne by the Client<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For orders from <\/span>abroad<\/span><\/strong>, please contact us by phone or email: <\/span>comenzi@delicisanatoaselaraft.ro<\/span><\/strong> to jointly agree on the payment and delivery method.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Other Clauses<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The use of this site implies the Client’s acceptance for the use of personal data entered in the client registration form, as well as data collected during commercial transactions carried out through this site. For more details, access the <\/span>“Privacy Policy”<\/span><\/strong> menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Changes to orders or the refusal to receive products already ordered, supplied, or for which delivery formalities have already been performed, <\/span>will not be accepted<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    General Conditions for Returns<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The Buyer has the right to return a product within <\/span>14 calendar days<\/span><\/strong>, without stating any reason and without bearing any costs other than the initial delivery costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Thus, according to Emergency Ordinance no. <\/span>34\/2014<\/span><\/strong>, the return period for a Good or withdrawal from a Service expires within <\/span>14 days<\/span><\/strong> from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the products.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of <\/span>14 days<\/span><\/strong> from receiving the products and inspecting them to ensure they are in their original condition. The payment method is by bank transfer to the Client’s account.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Returned products must be in the same condition as they were received: <\/span>sealed (with the packaging intact)<\/span><\/strong>. Returns of products that have been used, unsealed, or tested will not be accepted, for reasons of customer health protection and hygiene.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The return must be made in the original packaging, with the initial labels intact and all documents with which the product was delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the case of <\/span>damaged products<\/span><\/strong>, the Client must inform the Supplier in writing within a maximum of <\/span>48 hours<\/span><\/strong> of receiving the products, stating the intention to return them and the reasons behind this intention.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Products returned without the Supplier’s prior written notice <\/span>will not be accepted<\/span><\/strong> and must be paid for in full by the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the case of returns, the Consumer bears only the <\/span>direct costs<\/span><\/strong> related to the delivery of the products, and the Supplier bears the costs of returning them.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Damage Due to Transport<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Loss or damage to products during transport must be communicated to the Supplier within <\/span>one day from the delivery date<\/span><\/strong>, indicating a partial or total non-receipt of the products. In the absence of any notification, the products will be considered delivered and received in good condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Force Majeure<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The Supplier is not liable to the Client for the non-delivery or late delivery of products in cases beyond the Supplier’s control, such as, but not exclusively limited to: crisis, strikes, disturbances or disasters, fires, robberies, war, and embargoes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Disputes<\/span><\/h2>\n
